How does your working day look like … At the reception of the Restaurant, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic You’ll receive and welcome the restaurant guests with a always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time You will escort the restaurant guests to their assigned table, already offering them a first drink You will ensure that the waiting staff takes care of the seated guest You will provide any necessary information about the products for sale in the department You will be responsible for confirming and managing reservations and handling information requests by phone, email, or in person. You will manage and monitor the reservation software system. Micros & payment methods You will be responsible for welcoming and seating walk-in customers.
