Responsibilities:
- Reception duties including greeting and managing visitors, directing to applicable offices or meeting rooms
- Assist with coordinating corporate travel and conference arrangements, including travel reimbursements
- Assist with calendar management and event planning including the set-up of meetings and room bookings.
- Preparation and distribution of documentation/presentations including agenda, papers, minutes, action items as required.
- Adhere to relevant legislative requirements, program guidelines, genU policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain staff files and records including training requirements as per genU policies.
- Vehicle fleet coordination as required and as per genU fleet policies.
- Process staff timesheets, approved leave requests and CareLink records each fortnight in accordance with pay periods.
- Use the Carelink system to generate reports and complete accurate and timely approvals in the system
