Your Role as our Reception and Admin Officer In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our WMQ customers attending the hub and provide efficient administrative support to the Health and Wellbeing Clinical Team and Business Administration Manager. Key responsibilities of this role include: Provide overall day to day operation of the front receptionist processes including greeting all customers in a warm and professional manner. Appointment scheduling and resource allocation for clinical staff. Managing cash till and EFTPOS transactions and reconciles banking at the end of each day. This also includes creating receipts and managing Medicare rebates. Identify opportunities with service delivery team members to provide cross disciplinary services which may be of benefit to the customer. Maintaining administration equipment and coordinating servicing, deliveries and ordering of admin and non-admin consumables for the hub. What We’re Looking For Experience working in a similar medical practice and/or allied health practice setting. Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and the ability to work autonomously and prioritise in a busy clinical environment. Proficiency in or ability to learn medical/allied health software programs.
