Job Description
The Reception and Front of House Coordinator is responsible for front-of-house services for AFCA across our Sydney office. Our offices are located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD on George street with a vibrant workplace culture and amazing organisational benefits. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Properties & Procurement, you’ll become part of a welcoming and collaborative Facilities team. Whether you’re transitioning from a Reception or Hospitality background, or just beginning your career journey, this role offers a rewarding and challenging environment where you’ll be supported to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

TYPICALLY, IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Welcome AFCA staff and visitors, providing support in using the amenities of our office.
  • Administer Registration of visitors in accordance with AFCA’s security and access policy
  • Maintain Boardroom and meeting room facilities.
  • Registration and coordination of maintenance contractors in accordance with AFCA’s contractor policy.
  • Coordination of daily office cleaning services.
  • Organise and coordinate catering and supplies as required for meetings and events.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office stationery and other office consumables as required.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services.
  • Operate in a hands-on and people first environment with exposure to key stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
