Job Description The Reception and Front of House Coordinator is the welcoming face of AFCA, delivering high‑quality front‑of‑house services from our Sydney CBD office on George Street. This position does require you to work onsite at our Sydney office. The role is permanent and we can consider full-time or part-time (4 days per week) options. Typically, in this role you will: Welcome AFCA staff and visitors, providing support in using the amenities of our office. Administer Registration of visitors in accordance with AFCA’s security and access policy Maintain Boardroom and meeting room facilities. Registration and coordination of maintenance contractors in accordance with AFCA's contractor policy. Coordination of daily office cleaning services. Organise and coordinate catering and supplies as required for meetings and events. Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office stationery and other office consumables as required. Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services. Operate in a hands-on and people first environment with exposure to key stakeholders Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll bring a warm, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Previous experience in Reception, Concierge, or Hospitality is beneficial—but we welcome those eager to learn and grow. Well-developed organisational and time management skills to keep things running smoothly.
