Join our Process Solutions team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Reception Assistant (m/w) to help us take our customer’s experience to the next level.

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and packages, and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, and catering, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment use
  • Oversee shared office spaces (e.g., kitchen), order supplies, and manage inventory including employee benefits such as fruit deliveries.
  • Administer visitor and employee access badges in line with security protocols
  • Support travel arrangements and act as the contact point for rental car bookings
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, expense handling, onboarding assistance, and ad-hoc tasks or projects
