WE ARE LOOKING FOR THAT PERFECT FIT TO JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM.

Permanent opportunity available in a fast paced, trusted chiropractic practice located in NEPEAN/OTTAWA. No medical experience required. Customer service industry experience is an asset. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, and requires someone with exceptional people skills.
20-30 hours per week. Work week is Monday-Thursday, we have Friday’s off to be with families to try and keep life balanced
PLEASE NOTE HOURS before applying as we do have 2 split shifts, so if you are local they will work well.
Monday 6:20AM - 11:00AM; 2:00PM – 6:20 PM
Tuesday 2:00PM – 6:20 PM
Wednesday 6:20AM – 11:00 AM
Thursday 6:20AM - 11:00AM; 2:00PM – 6:20 PM
Additional hours may be required for public outreach events (outside of the above posted times) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but will fluctuate from week to week. We need someone who has some flexibility.
*Pay rate increases, dependent on attained skill level and experience.

ASSETS REQUIRED: HIGH energy, OUTGOING personality, organizational skills, VERY strong computer and phone skills, quick-learner, (high-tech office), excellent memory, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a busy office. Excellent communication skills. .
Must have a HUGE HEART!
Reliable, punctual and have own transportation. Nearby candidate an asset.
DUTIES: front desk reception, processing patients, collecting payments and some insurance, quickly moving about the office to assist the doctor in clinical procedures, keeping office organized and professional. Assist elderly patients to the adjusting table is required. Must be comfortable with computers and technology. Light housekeeping. Focussed attention to details.
