We have an exciting opportunity to become our Reception & Concierge Manager at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC4A. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week on a rota basis at a prestigious law firm.

Our catering team on site deliver outstanding breakfast, lunch and hospitality services to an averge of 200 staff and guests daily. Services also include confectionary, a coffee shop, and fine dining events. As our Reception & Concierge Manager you will oversee the reception department and manage client relationships in conjunction with the General Manager and other members of the senior leadership team.
We are looking for someone with experience in Reception Management that can inspire and motivate their team yet retain a hands-on approach to the operations. You will head up the team and build on successes to deliver the highest standards of customer service across the site.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a hands-on team, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure services and customer requirements are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a positive, service-focused team culture.
  • Demonstrate strong people management, organisational, and communication skills, with proven experience in successfully leading teams in premium hospitality.
  • Maintain flexibility with working hours and adapt effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while multitasking.
  • Show passion for food, exceptional service, and staff development, with excellent presentation, customer service, and local area knowledge.
  • Proactive, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude and a track record of delivering results.
