We are seeking a Reception & Customer Service Specialist to be the welcoming face of our salon. This role focuses on creating an exceptional in-salon experience for our clients through outstanding hospitality, professional service, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service excellence and the ability to maintain our high standards of luxury service.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients upon arrival, creating a premium first impression
  • Offer beverages to clients and provide refills during their visit
  • Maintain a professional, polished demeanor that reflects our brand
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services with expertise

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Russian language skills are a plus
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or beauty industries preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for premium salon environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS and booking systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
