In this role, you will be pivotal in making our XXXX reception and sales office a thriving hub of energy and productivity. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, working 22.5 hours across the week. This role will require you to work onsite. You will be at the forefront of our company at XXXX, creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our team members and guests. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: Reception and Visitor Management: Be the friendly face of our company by warmly greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the right person. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Day-to-Day Facility Management: Keep things running smoothly by overseeing various aspects of our office environment. From maintaining office supplies to coordinating repairs and liaising with vendors, your organizational skills will be put to good use. Communications: create fun, informative and clear communications, building a sense of community within the company Events Management: Enjoy creating inclusive and inspiring events? Manage and execute a calendar of events and social activities for the whole site Customer Service: Help shape and deliver exceptional service, breathing life into our customer service principles. Every interaction is a chance to shine! Call management services: Answer and manage calls with the precision and charm that keeps things moving and our stakeholders happy.
