Description
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role is a key position in our dealership. They are the first point of contact for our customers and it is important that they project a positive, “can do” attitude and communicate with a high level of professionalism.  The majority of our business transactions begin with a phone call and the manner with which the initial call is received will impact our customer’s perceptions of our company.    Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this position are listed below but other duties and task may be assigned as needed.  This person assists multiple departments and staff so dealing with competing tasks and responsibilities will be required.  * Answering and directing incoming phone calls and messages * Opening, sorting and distributing mail. * Mailing and emailing correspondence and invoices * Accepting payments and balancing and organizing daily cash/deposits * Communicating and assisting accounts receivable and payable departments. * Scheduling, overseeing and preparing boardroom for meetings and arranging catering / refreshments.  * Assisting sales, service and parts departments. with administrative duties as applicable * Maintaining and ordering office supplies
