Permanent full-time opportunity, 80 hours per fortnight with access to ADO’s, 5 weeks annual leave and salary packaging    About the role The role of Receptionist is to provide an effective and efficient reception/administrative service across Barwon Health sites and contribute to the overall performance of Barwon Health to ensure high quality customer service. A focus of this role is ensuring that the administration functions support the patient journey core principles of access and patient centred care with a high standard of quality   Key Responsibilities  Front desk service: Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and callers in a friendly, professional manner. Communication: Answer and direct phone and in-person enquiries efficiently and accurately. Administration: Maintain client records, correspondence, and data entry across systems.
