RECEPTION MANAGER

Situated at the edge of the sea and overlooking Freshwater Bay, the brand new and tastefully refurbished Albion Hotel offers some of the best views the Isle of Wight has to offer.
Air Conditioned throughout, with 40 bedrooms, a new bar and 100 seat restaurant, the new Albion is a modern hotel with an incredible 300-year heritage. We serve top quality food, wine and cocktails with attention to detail for our customers effortless enjoyment in relaxed and beautiful surroundings.

We are currently looking for a Reception Manager to join the team here at The Albion Hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages, and delivering them
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
  • Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits
  • Managing a team of Receptionists

We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 48-hour working week from Monday to Sunday with two days off and a salary of £30,000 per annum.

  • 48 Hours per week
  • Any 5 days out of 7 from 07:30 to 19:30
  • Shifts are as necessary to support with business requirements
