REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supervising our Service Advisors, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide supervisory management for all Service Advisors, leading a reception team to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric environment by promoting excellent customer service values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate flow of customer and vehicle information, guaranteeing vehicles are fixed right the first time and delivered as promised.
  • Uphold departmental procedures and promote a clean, safe, and customer-centric environment.
  • Track the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labor hours and other sales.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical automotive field.
  • Recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Effective communication skills and strong supervisory competence.
  • Ability to lead changes in the workplace and drive results.
  • Problem-solving and leadership abilities with a knack for driving positive changes
