REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of effectively managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supervising our Service Advisors, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide supervisory management for all Service Advisors, leading a reception team to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
- Cultivate a customer-centric environment by promoting excellent customer service values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate flow of customer and vehicle information, guaranteeing vehicles are fixed right the first time and delivered as promised.
- Uphold departmental procedures and promote a clean, safe, and customer-centric environment.
- Track the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labor hours and other sales.
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical automotive field.
- Recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry.
- Effective communication skills and strong supervisory competence.
- Ability to lead changes in the workplace and drive results.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities with a knack for driving positive changes
