Job title: Reception Team Leader
Salary: £40,209
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7.00am-7.00pm (require flexibility)
Reporting to: Head of Customer Service ( Entrée division)

SCOPE AND SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Reception Team Leader to join our Entrée team.
As the Reception Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the client floor. Your aim is to provide the highest levels of client care. To ensure that the reception runs efficiently, and all reception and hospitality duties are attended to. Responsible for ensuring that all functions are carried out in accordance with the stipulated protocols and procedures.
A successful candidate will embody Entrée core values, have experience in client-facing roles (e.g., luxury hospitality or co-working spaces), and possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. They should be confident, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships while managing challenges calmly and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the reception with Team of 5 staff members, including managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure that it effectively meets the need of the Entrée and the client standards.
  • Assess employee performance and recognize training needs and potential as appropriate.
  • Monitor the work of all team members and carry out appraisals ensuring that information is filed appropriately, with development plans that are actively used.
  • Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
  • Work in conjunction with Deputy Head of Entrée to prepare client reports and presentations including detailing financial performance, activity, and plans for the site.
  • Develop and evolve all client services at location, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
  • Attend all necessary meetings with FM and other departments.
