RECEPTION MANAGER - 4* GRAND HOTEL MALAHIDE

We now have a fantastic oppportunity for an experienced Reception Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the management of the reception team and ensure that our guests experience is second to none! They will also be required to complete duty management shifts on occasion.

Responsibilities
  • To greet guests in a warm and friendly manner outlining the facilities of the Hotel
  • Check in and out guests efficiently and professionally according to agreed Standard Operating Procedures
  • To oversee that all Departmental floats are signed in and out in the correct manner
  • To pass over correct and detailed information to the following shift ‘pass-over’
  • To develop and motivate your team will be a key focus
  • To ensure all mandatory training and SOP’s are maintained
  • Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit the best in the business
