LINTON LODGE OXFORD IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED RECEPTION MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the reception team at the Linton Lodge Oxford, a Best Western Signature Collection. We are looking for enthusiastic, genuine person who is flexible, well organised, and have a desire to work in the hospitality industry.
As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, training, and managing the front desk staff
  • Ensuring front desk procedures and standards are consistently followed
  • Handling guest reservations, check-ins/outs, billing, and addressing guest requests and complaints
  • Maintaining room inventory and rates in the property management system
  • Completing daily financial reports and cash reconciliations
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to front office operations
  • Upholding company standards for service, quality, and health and safety

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in hotel front office management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel property management systems
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
