About You

• Leadership experience or ready to take the next step into a leadership role
• You will be immaculately presented
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience in a reception management,member concierge or similar role
• It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player
• Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

KEY SKILLS

• Highly organised and methodical
• Ability to juggle priorities and be able to think on your feet
• Ability to prioritise tasks on the run
• Ability to build rapport with team and our Members
• First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable
