An exciting opportunity has become available for a Reception Manager to join our team here at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Wrexham.
The only 4 star hotel in Wrexham. With 85 bedrooms and 6 meeting rooms we are a busy property situated near the hospital.
We are looking for someone who is not only a strong Manager but who has strong leadership skills. We are looking for someone who has experience as a Reception Manager or Reception Supervisor looking to step up in their career.

Expectations

  • Overseeing the running of both the Reception team and Nights
  • Training and development of team members
  • Managing the effective booking and welcome of guests
  • Up-selling and maximizing every opportunity
  • At least 2 year experience, preferably in a 4* hotel
  • Strong team management ability
  • Able to deal with guest queries and issues
  • Knowledge of Hotel Reservation systems and IT front office systems
  • Have a confident and friendly personality with a passion for people
  • Well presented with excellent spoken and written English
