ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role based in London for a Reception Manager. The Reception Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries and complaints effectively. They will manage staff schedules, train new team members, and coordinate with other departments as needed. The role also involves managing events, planning activities, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
