OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Reception and Marketing Assistant. You will work in a busy real estate office and co-working space, providing front-desk reception services, assisting real estate agents, and creating marketing content in various forms. A great opportunity learn and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must reside in the Waterloo Region (Ontario)
  • Previous experience in reception, real estate support, or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Canva (required); knowledge of InDesign is considered an asset
  • Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver excellent service to clients and agents
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
  • Answer phones, emails, and manage inquiries for both the real estate office and co-working space
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and staff
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and presentations
  • Support social media and design projects (experience with Canva required; InDesign is an asset)
  • Help maintain an efficient and professional office environment
