WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a receptionist/office manager to join our team full time in our offices in Harold Wood. We’re not hiring based purely on experience, we’re hiring based on attitude. We are a small company and want someone who:
· Is organised, proactive, detail-focused, and takes pride in their work
· Eager to learn
· Works smart and uses their time well
· Brings energy, positivity, and a bit of fun to the team
· An interest in the construction industry would be a plus but not essential
· Wants to grow with the business and push themselves

Responsibilities

You’ll be at the heart of our office team, helping the business run smoothly across a range of areas:
· Front of House / Reception duties
· Day-to-day Office Maintenance & Supplies
· Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
· Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
· Monitoring company inbox, ensuring emails are replied to and followed up in a timely manner.
· Logging job enquiries and jobs on the internal system
· Writing up quotations and emailing them to clients
· Tracking jobs and updating job status on the internal system
· Assisting with invoicing, monthly accounts and general finance queries
· HSE monitoring for internal employees and subcontractors
· Ensuring internal policies and procedures are being adhered to and recorded
· Yearly submissions to governing bodies to ensure the company remains compliant
· Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
· Any other ad hoc items that arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
