What You'll Do You will join the Operations department of BCG Tashkent Office for an enriching internship experience, working closely with both the Reception and the Operations Team. Your role will involve supporting daily operational activities and administrative functions, ensuring that both internal operations and front desk services run smoothly and efficiently. You Are Good At Answering phone calls courteously and professionally, handling a wide variety of administrative inquiries; Interacting with callers, guests, suppliers, couriers, and ensure the efficient turnaround of all messages; Receiving guests, verify their identity, and notify the appropriate staff member; Managing the room booking process to ensure all requests are handled efficiently; Accomplishing any administrative tasks applied to the Operations and Building functions (i.e. communication flow for authorized entrances, office signage, ...). What You'll Bring Ongoing or completed University degree; Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Russian, Uzbek and English; Good customer service skills (previous hospitality or front office experience will be considered a plus); Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Flexibility and adaptability in managing different tasks across departments and topics; Ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines; Full time availability and daily presence in the office.
