Clancourt Management is seeking a Front of House Reception Operative to join our team in Dublin 2’s busy commercial district.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing Front of House and reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Overseeing operational duties, including securing premises and maintaining safety protocols.
Greeting clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional manner. Handling emails and queries efficiently.
Monitoring CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems to ensure security compliance. Issuing and updating access cards as needed.
Liaising with the Property Management team and external service providers. Conducting quality control checks on cleaning standards.

What We’re Looking For: Strong administration and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with CCTV and access control systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook). Confidence in engaging with clients, tenants, and employees at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional and personable manner, both in person and over the phone. A solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Energetic, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
