JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our front office and reservations team at Da Vincis Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hotel reception/reservations (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel booking/reservations systems (e.g., Protel/Opera, etc.).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception and reservations departments.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy and maximising occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Work closely with the sales, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Produce reports on occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
