Job Title: Reception & Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales / Front Office/ Admin
Reports To: Managing Director
Position Type: Permanent
Work Location: Business Bay
Working Hours: 9 am to 7 PM (1 hour break)
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital tools
  • Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes

Responsibilities

1. FRONT DESK / RECEPTION DUTIES

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Handle general inquiries related to company services, listings, or scheduled viewings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

7. OTHER DUTIES

  • Assist management and sales agents with ad-hoc projects or events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, property developers, or partners as needed.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide insights for process improvements.
