This role will have a dual focus.
Workways recently opened its doors in Belgard and seeks to increase occupancy rapidly. As part of the growth plan and reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with generating sales leads by mapping out prospective clients and canvassing local businesses, local networking and outbound calling. With a more longer term perspective, you will be building long-term relationships with clients and generating referrals.
You will also assume the role within the Workways Customer Services team to ensure all clients and visitors are received and handled with in a professional and courteous manner at building reception. This will involve conducting tours of the site with prospective clients and providing them with information.
You will represent the image and standards of Workways so first impression is crucial to perception. This must be very positive.
