• Greet every client with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and inviting experience at all ARKEN Group locations.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and salon software.
• Coordinate daily schedules for stylists and technicians, optimizing efficiency and flow.
• Handle client inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups with grace and accuracy.
• Support retail sales and inventory tracking.
• Assist with social media content and promotions as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment across all locations.
• Help with various administrative and organizational tasks.
