REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous reception experience in Customer Services or Front Office.
  • Great English writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to write and communicate with guests, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organise work and make certain decisions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer care and complain handling skills.
  • To be knowledgeable in the use of hotel reservation systems eg. Avvio, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadviser, Travelocity etc.
  • To be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, using till systems and credit card terminals.
  • Previous experience beneficial but not essential in the following - creating social media campaigns, updating web sites, search engine optimization.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland immediately.
  • References required.
