We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist Supervisor, due to site expansion, and an immediate start is available. This is for our North Shore Holiday Park in Skegness in Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will mainly be responsible for the cash and ordering process across the site and will guide our dedicated reception team towards future growth and success.
Reporting directly to the Complex Manager, you will be responsible with the above duties and reconciliation functions across the site, to ensure that the reception team are delivering exceptional customer service. As well as dealing with customer and reception enquiries, your duties will also include banking, caravan and park administration and working with our elite accounts.
This is a permanent, full-time role, offering 40-45 hours per week. Working in the leisure industry, the candidate will have to have a flexible approach to work and be prepared to regularly work weekends and throughout the peak holiday periods. Ideally, you will already have prior holiday park experience for this role and be willing to build on this experience, in a fun and energetic setting.

KEY DUTIES

  • Site cash control, EPOS reconciliation and banking
  • Managing and enforcing compliance of the cash control functions across the retail areas
  • Overseeing and reconciling the purchasing functions on site
  • Signing off weekly payroll reviews and amendments through to payroll office
  • Effective implementation of processes and procedures
  • Liaising with the reception team regarding rotas and customer service
  • Liaising with the Complex Manager regarding compliance, unit performance and opportunities
