Job Description As the face of Nine’s corporate headquarters in North Sydney, you will orchestrate a seamless front-of-house experience while leading a dedicated team of receptionists. This is a high-impact role where your professional polish and leadership will ensure our executive operations and guest relations run smoothly. Day to day you will: Lead and mentor a team of permanent and casual receptionists, managing fair rosters and providing comprehensive training. Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous first impression. Oversee executive-level facilities, managing meeting room bookings and ensuring all front-of-house spaces remain immaculate. Coordinate critical communications, including connecting publicity radio interviews and maintaining constant contact with Executive EAs. Administer essential office services, such as managing taxi dockets and responding promptly to all central email enquiries. Maintain operational excellence by supervising the use of call recording devices and switchboard protocols. Ensure compliance with Nine’s Code of Conduct and WHS policies while managing front-of-house workflows Qualifications What you’ll bring: Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead by example, train staff, and manage complex rosters. Exceptional customer service skills and a highly professional presentation Strong multitasking abilities and the composure to handle high-pressure situations and conflict with a proactive attitude.
