We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Reception Supervisor to support our front desk team and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. As the first point of contact for our guests, the reception team plays a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience.
The Park Plaza Hotel Cardiff is a successful 4-star deluxe hotel located in the centre of the city. The hotel offers 129 bedrooms, a 120 seater Brassiere style restaurant, a busy bar; modern meeting and event facilities and the luxurious Laguna Health & Spa.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a professional 4 * deluxe front desk service to all our guests and visitors.
· Supervising and coordinating shift activities at the front desk.
· Acting as liaison between guests and the management team.
· Handling all guest related issues on shift in a timely & professional way with clear follow -up
· Greeting guests on arrival and providing assistance where necessary throughout their stay
· Checking guests in / out and allocating rooms
· Preparing guest bills, taking payment and balancing shift activities and PMs
· Dealing with reservation enquiries where needed.
· Handling sales enquiries and show round requests when required
· Duty Management.
· Working 5 days out of 7, as per departmental rota
