Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in early years education to join our reception class team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting young children in their learning and development and a passion for helping them succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons
  • Provide individualized support to students to meet their unique learning needs
  • Create a nurturing and supportive environment for the children
  • Collaborate with the teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant qualifications in early years education or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a reception class or early years setting is heavily desired
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm and caring demeanour with a genuine love for working with young children
  • Minimum qualifications in GCSE Maths and English
