As a Reception Team Leader, you will lead the team taking care of our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Working with the reservations team leader to ensure all reservations (including groups) are accurate, and all guest requests are responded too Supporting the front office manager with daily banking and account reconciliation, as well as accounts receivable processes.
