Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate team leader that loves variety in their day-to-day work life. This role is based on our client’s site which is in the creative industry. We are looking for to support our on site Guest Services Manager and support our team of 3 DayMakers, understand and carry the energy our “DayMakers” have.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for On Verve’s key client in London
  • Having an eye for detail is crucial; ensuring an ultimate guest and employee experience at all times, making a return to the office memorable with the best possible outcome supporting the client to be an employee of choice, and striving for excellence at all times
  • You’ll provide precise data and reports on all tasks/ output within the guest services team
  • Build team rota’s and take part in HR related tasks such as return to works, probation and annual reviews
  • You will action as a point of contact for all other service providers and key stakeholders
  • You will be an inspirational leader, demonstrating that you are one of the team and leading by example
  • You will be IT savvy and quickly adapt to internal systems
  • You will live and breathe our core values and increase performance by supporting our culture, which is one where we promote engagement and support our teams
  • You will be inspiring, engage, and lead the teams to achieve the vision, mission, and goals and to bring alive our ethos of being the ‘makers of someone’s day’
  • Creating monthly reports to the client and senior management team
  • Floor Walk audits. Take ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to create the best employee experience, report any issues found
