As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth process for all guests Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues Maintain a clean and organized reception area Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures Be flexible in your working patterns, shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends.
