Were looking for a friendly and approachable receptionist who is committed to providing a first-class service for our clients. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months to cover maternity leave, offering a great opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact in a client-facing position.

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Fantastic people skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, or professional setting, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming all visitors and providing a warm, friendly reception.
  • Answering all external calls, directing them to the appropriate people, and acting as a gatekeeper where necessary.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and appointments, managing diaries efficiently, and ensuring that rooms are tidy, well-stocked, and that guests are served refreshments or anything else they may need.
  • You’ll need excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, as you will be required to book meetings in Outlook and use our CRM system to send letters to clients.
  • Recording, filing, and tracking all outgoing and incoming mail, and distributing it on the same day.
  • Managing all matters pertaining to reception and office appearance to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Working with the facilities manager on the upkeep of our offices and escalating issues if anything needs repairing.
  • Maintaining office stationery and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Providing cross-departmental support as required, such as updating client data in Equate (our CRM system).
  • Providing ad hoc support to teammates as and when needed.
