Description and Responsibilities Join our team at Open Sky as a part-time receptionist at the main office front desk and work where your work matters! We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our organization to greet visitors, managing phone calls, and provide administrative support. The receptionist will provide excellent customer service to visitors of the main office by answering phones and greeting, directing, and supporting visitors in a secure environment at our front desk. They will also sort and distribute daily mail, ensure accurate and timely communication of pertinent information, maintain complete, accurate and up to date electronic records and calendar management. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:30am-12:30pm with some flexibility for the occasional afternoon. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required. Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record, required. Previous experience with administrative/clerical procedures, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, required. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, required.
