Trinity Medical Centre is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our 24,000 patient Practice in the centre of Hove.

ABOUT YOU:

You may not have worked in general practice before, but are you a confident communicator who is able to speak to a wide range of different patients in person and over the phone?
Can you manage your own workload and the work as part of the team without close supervision? Are you efficient, organised, and can work under pressure?
We are looking for a candidate who can work 25 hours a week (subject to change).

Responsibilities

The role is varied and you will be the first point of contact for patients either over the telephone or face to face.
Duties will include booking appointments using our clinical system, greeting patients on arrival, receiving patient enquiries via email, phone and in person.
