We would love to meet you! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. You’ll manage daily front‑desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and support the overall flow of the office. What does your typical day look like? Operate Genesys to answer, screen and forward calls; Answer Calls in a polite, accurate, professional and timely manner; Record and relay messages; Provide general information as required; Register visitors and providers by assigning them the appropriate pass; Act as a resource person for miscellaneous issues (ex. Building maintenance); Ensure that a new mailbox is added for new employees; Distribute internal mail/ faxes/ envelopes Notify via Teams the designated recipient when a delivery has been received; Organize in-coming and out-going mail with appropriate system at reception. What skills and experience are we looking for? Excellent listening and communications skills; Proficient in French and English.
