Job Description We are looking for a professional, courteous, and organised Receptionist to join our financial services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client service. The Receptionist will also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office Manage the Reception Desk, ensuring all clients, visitors and vendors are greeted and assisted in a professional manner Manage and maintain all building access card requests and logs Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures Assist the Facilities and Office Manager as required Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying and data entry Receive, arrange and manage mail, packages and courier requirements across the business Prepare meeting rooms for Senior Leadership Team requirements, including setup and refreshment coordination Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and common areas Take ownership and manage end of day reporting and returned post requirements and reporting. Support all Business areas where required. Qualifications Previous experience in the role of receptionist or an administrative role within financial services preferrable Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
