This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, communicating with customers, and supporting sales efforts through phone and email interactions. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally Assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries Provide basic sales support and follow up with customers as needed Enter and update information accurately in the computer system Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with customers and team members Support front office operations as needed Requirements Qualifications: Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic systems navigation) Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone Clear written communication skills Customer service and/or sales experience preferred Reliable, organized, and professional What We Offer: Starting pay of $20.00/hour Stable full-time schedule (no evenings) Front office work environment Opportunity to grow within the company
