An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for all visitors to our beautiful and modern Macquarie Park office. This is a permanent part-time role, working 8:30am to 12:30am each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 5pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. Your duties will include: Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for all enquiries Actioning all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings and general greeting of guests Managing security system and access requests Coordinating and booking of all courier requests and manage mail and parcels Completing general administrative duties as required including raising purchase orders, catering orders etc To be successful in this role, you will have: Exceptional customer service standards with a professional and proactive approach to work Proven experience in managing a busy reception function Ability to multitask while remaining calm and effective Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Essential to perform this role is your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a job share arrangement, and to be available to assist with additional holiday and leave cover where required Abbott provides some fantastic benefits for our employees, these include: Free Parking and Onsite Gym at the Macquarie Park office Mothers Room Wellness Program Discounted Healthcare Discounted Shares program AND…..Lots, lots more Abbott is committed to building a diverse workforce that values diversity across gender, age, culture, disability and lifestyle.
