We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, and to support daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone Answer and route incoming calls; take messages accurately and promptly Manage the company email inbox and respond or forward inquiries as appropriate Schedule appointments, job site visits, and estimates; coordinate calendars for field staff and management Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, or notices Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing (both physical and digital) Support invoice processing, billing, and basic accounting tasks in coordination with accounting and operations staff Order office supplies and track inventory Coordinate mailings, packages, and courier services Assist other administrative or operations teams with ad hoc tasks as needed Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience Full health insurance offered if needed, to be considered with hourly pay rate Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 6 months of employment Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive, collaborative work environment Requirements Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent (some college or administrative training preferred) One to two years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable learning and using CRM or office management software Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Desired Traits Friendly, warm, and customer-service focused Calm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced environment Proactive problem solver Detail-oriented, with a sense of accuracy and follow-through Familiarity or interest in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor services is a plus
