As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key card management Maintain a clean and organized reception area Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Manage appointment scheduling and maintain up-to-date calendars Provide general administrative support as needed Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
