This role provides excellent customer service, handles guest inquiries, and supports daily front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Process payments, maintain accurate billing, and issue invoices. Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's property management system. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards. Qualifications bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera is an advantage). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Additional Information Local transfer within Kuwait if possible. Eligible to work in Kuwait with transferable residency (Article 18), if applicable. Available to join immediately or after the required notice period.
