As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth operations. Greet guests, handle check-in/out procedures, and manage communications efficiently Provide information about local attractions and assist with administrative tasks Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues Ensure security protocols are followed and adapt to changing situations calmly Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Maintain a professional demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for guests Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera Cloud) Flexibility to work shifts and ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of local attractions and services in Sharm El Sheikh High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field is a plus Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide.
