Our goal is to provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels at home. Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients. Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Manage reservations and bookings using our computerized system Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service Assist with special projects or events as needed Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
