Job Description Welcome and assist guests, building strong relationships. Manage check-in/out, payments, and guest details accurately. Promote hotel facilities, actively upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue. Safeguard guest property with proper documentation. Promote Accor loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. Work collaboratively with all departments for smooth operations. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative. Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage. Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required. Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
