Job Description As our Receptionist, you will be much more than a check-in expert — you’ll be the host, guide, and first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. If you have a background in customer service and the right attitude, we’ll provide full reception training. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming guests and creating outstanding first impressions Managing check-ins and check-outs with confidence and care Taking reservations for the hotel and restaurant Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing procedures Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, delivering exceptional service at all times What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service and hospitality Flexibility to work early (6:00am–2pm) and late (2pm–10pm) shifts Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays A friendly, professional, and positive approach Additional Information What’s in It for You?
